I received the frequency converter unit and have used it to test some 220 volt, 50Hz blower motors.
It works great and I am pleased with the construction and performance.

Recieved this from China within 3 or 4 business days, the import duties were not very expensive; $23. Plugged in huge heavy device and it powered up very nicely with self-test. Beautiful clear blue screen, easy to navigate the menus with the panel buttons, despite the misspelling of some English words. Followed the provided instructions to set up the output voltage and desired frequency in no time; was ready to go in minutes. Plugged in my rare Soviet Era Olimpia Reel To Reel Tape Deck, and it powered up and worked with no issues at all! Requires 220V at 50Hz. The clear screen shows the wattage being pulled from the tape deck at all times, less than 100W; maybe 70W max. Large cooling fan in the back always blows cool air, its not working hard at all. Really cool to see additional green LED's appear through the side vents from a large circuit board inside. Make sure the device is always turned off after use and unplugged for long periods of inactivity. Bought mine with the optional 120V 60Hz input for US use. Hope this will last me for life!! This thing is built like a battleship! Additional extra fuses in the back of the unit, and with the packaging are a plus. Thanks!

Maybe you have already experience and can tell me if a delivery to Germany is possible.
Also If we can order I also need the H.S Code for the customs for converter model: HZ-60-500W.

Hi,
Would you confirm if 500VA will power up my washing machine with A 120 volt, 60 Hz., AC only, 15- or 20-amp, fused electrical supply requirement with an 230v 50Hz input (Middle East)?
many thanks in advance

No, 500VA will not be enough. Due to the inrush current of the washing machine, recommended frequency converter capacity will be 10kVA.

Converting 120V / 60Hz into 230V 50Hz
I am interested in a converting 120V / 60Hz (Canada / US) power into 230V 50Hz (UK) to test some equipment to ensure it will behave as expected on UK power.
My questions are:
Would this 500VA converter work well for this application?
And if the device is given a 120V / 60Hz input would I be able to select between various output voltages and frequencies and if so between what ranges?
Lastly, is there any way to decrease the power factor or distort the output waveform at all?

Converting 120V / 60Hz into 230V 50Hz
Yes, GoHz 500VA Frequency Converter will work well for your application.
The output voltage and frequency can be adjusted in the range (0-300V) & (40-120Hz).
No need to decrease or increase the power factor, the converter will adjust automatically.
