After several hours of use, the unit becomes noticeably hot, especially when operating at higher frequencies. The cooling system doesn’t seem adequate, which makes me concerned about its longevity.

We do not provide UL, only CE, but we have thousands of converters sold/being used inside USA years ago, also, can send you some references if you will.

Can we use the frequency converter?
Yes, the frequency converter is exactly as you request, two separate neutral terminal, one for input and the other for output.
Frequency converter model: HZ-50-3315, 15kVA power capacity, input: 3ph, Wye (L1,L2,L3 + N,G), 400V (+/- 10%), 50/60Hz and output: 3ph, Wye/Delta (L1,L2,L3 + N,G), adjustable (0-260V), adjustable (40-120Hz), 41.6A.

Can we use the frequency converter?
We need to convert our Voltage and frequency from European 3 phase + neutral + ground 400V 50Hz in to American 3 phase + neutral + ground 110V/220V 60Hz.
We are not sure if we can use this frequency converter for our uses.
Important for us: neutral shall go through the converter we are not allowed to use the same neutral for the input and output. The converter must support a separate neutral on the output.
